Back after a hiatus

Nini happened to open this page by accident yesterday...in fact I had forgotten totally about this blog.

She was happy reading one of my posts and that's the reason I started writing this blog in the first place.

So now it makes more sense for me to write, so yes I'm back with a bang.

Can't get more prouder !!!

A conversation of nini with deeps and duka yesterday.
Nini was at deeps' place playing with Tanish.  I was at home, and noticed a rodent has come home.  So sought help from deeps to drive that away and Shankar came to help me.  What I dint know was the scene behind.  How they both wanted to come and how they were evaded. Heard Deeps and Nini had to literally pull Tanish to hold him behind.
Now, Nini hit Tanish and had an explanation for that as well.
N: Dey, I dint hit you because I'm angry.  Just because you are uncontrollable, I hit to get you under control. (AAhhhh.....see the smartness).
Deeps told Tanish, see nowadays nini is a good girl only you aren't.
So, T went to pray to god
T: Oh god !! Why have you made only nini a good girl.  Why not me ??!! (ain't that sweet??)
After he is back nini told "sami eppadi unnai thirutha mudiyum ??!! unga amma pechai keta than thirunda mudiyum"

What more do I need !!!!

Shuttle cock

Nini being the size of the racquet can play shuttle cock with me.  She has amazing reflexes and we spend at least half an hour a day playing.  Most of the passerbys turn to have a look at how she is playing.  Amazing ain't it ???!!!

She is doing great in her drawing classes, and of late is very very good at coloring too.

Today's interest, right now ongoing, is painting her feet and hand and taking an impression of it in a paper and cutting it to shape...of corz cutting done by me :-)

One plus month of holiday spent uneventfully.  Though nothing much of interest happened around, nini isn't complaining of bored.  She keeps herself well occupied.  Love her for that :D

One whole year !!

One whole year out of the blog.  A very very eventful year.  To summarize, a grown up girl, more mature, more  naughtier, more lovelier, more friendlier, more talkative.  Will write on a day to day basis from now on.

Birthday wishlist !!!

There has been an ongoing list of what all she needs for her birthday since the time she attended Sannidhi and Siddharth's b'day party.

Even now, a few seconds earlier, one more car was added to the list which is already brimming.

She wants spider man costume, super man costume (when asked what the costume is, she doesn't even know who superman is), dora, chutki, and lastly Chota Bheem (he only wears a dhoti without even shirt...hahahaha).

Then comes barbie doll. I wonder when she will get out of this barbie fever, every year this is there in her wishlist.

Then comes remote-operated car, but I promised to buy a remote-operated helicopter.

Aaah !! the cake keeps changing from day in to day out and right now she wants chota bheem. Let me see what it turns out to be when it is her birthday actually.

An interesting conversation !!!

Nini: Build me a Barbie house and give me cooker and mixie and everything I need.
Me: Why do you need cooker and mixie and all ?
N: I need to cook na.
M: I'm there na.
N: Oh, but it will be my house na.
M: Oh, so you are going to go there all alone.
N: Yes, but do you want to come?
M: If you want you can take me.
N: Okay come, I'll cook for you too.
M: That's nice. YOu know I would have grown old then, and you have to take care of me.
N: No, you will be like this only.
M: No dear, I'll grow old.
N: I dont want you to grow old. Be like this only.
M: But it will happen.
N: Then I'll be like this, so that you also be like this.

Isn't that so innocent !!!
